If the certificate/medal is for a current LAMDA Exam* (you can find all the exams that we are currently offering here), you would have to request a new one by filling out this online form: Request for Duplicate, Replacement, Medal, Letter of Attestation or Examination Transcript
If your certificate has been lost, stolen or damaged, we would issue a duplicate certificate. These look like the original certificates; except they have the word ‘Duplicate’ printed on them (it is very small and not noticeable at all).
*If we no longer offer the exam that you took, then we can send you what is called a ‘Letter of Attestation.’ What this means is that we can write an official letter which confirms that you took a LAMDA Exam and the grade you were given. A Letter of Attestation holds the same value as a certificate.
Please note that an administration fee of £25 per item requested is payable for the following items:
- Replacement Certificate / Medal
- Letter of Attestation
- Amended Original Certificate
- Exam History Transcript
