Learners must have a table/desk to write their impromptu speech, the top of which is clear except for writing implements.  This must be fully visible during the speech preparation.

For the delivery of speeches, the Learner must be able to reposition the camera, so they are fully visible from at least the knees upward.

Learners’ visual aids cannot be displayed using ‘share screen’ on the examining device, so if they are using digital aids (e.g. PowerPoint) these must be on a separate device demonstrated to be in airplane mode.
