If you are entering an existing Learner for one of our Public Centre events, we may need to link their profile to your account first. 

To do this, please email us at exams@lamda.ac.uk and provide us with the following information:

• Learner full name
• Learner date of birth
• Learner LAMDA PIN (which can be found on any previous exam paperwork, including Certificates) 

Once we have linked their profile to your account, you will be able to enter them for a Public Centre event. 

Please note: If your Learner has never taken an exam with us before, you would have to create their profile before booking an exam. To do this, please follow the steps laid out in the following guidance: How to add new Public Centre learners to your profile
