If you are unable to enter the second Learner in a duo or combined exam at the end of your exam day, please try the following:
- Delete a solo Learner earlier in that day, whose exam duration is similar to the duo or combined exam you attempted to enter
- Enter the second duo or combined exam partner
- Re-enter the solo Learner previously deleted
If this however does not work, please email us at exams@lamda.ac.uk and provide us with the necessary details, so that we can enter this exam on your behalf.
Please note that if the duo or combined exam you wish to have entered takes your session over the maximum examining time (6.5 hours for in-person exams / 6 hours for online exams), we will have to seek approval from the Examiner before proceeding.
