If your ExamTrack account has the functionalities for booking exams at Public and Private Centre events, there are two ways you may create and manage your Learners’ profiles.
Option 1: Public Centre features | Option 2: Private Centre features |
Please click on the below “My Learners” button (on the left-hand side of your screen).
IMPORTANT: By creating your Learners' profiles using this functionality, you will only be able to enter them for exams at Public Centre events. | Please click on: 1. “My Centre” (on the left-hand side of your screen)
2. “Actions” – “Learners”
IMPORTANT: By creating your Learners' profiles using this functionality, you will be able to enter them for exams at both Public and Private Centre events. |
If you have created your Learners’ using the incorrect features of your ExamTrack account, please contact exams@lamda.ac.uk for further assistance, and provide us with the following information:
- Learner name
- Learner date of birth
- Learner LAMDA PIN (which can be found on their ExamTrack profile, or any previous exam paperwork, including Certificates)
