IMPORTANT: This article is for Registered International Private Centres only. If you do not have enough Learners to meet our minimum entry fee requirements, in line with our fees lists, you will have to enter your Learners via our International Public ROA (INTROA) events. To do this, please refer to the following webpage: International Public Centre Events
Requesting Exam dates
The first step to complete would be to request exam dates:
- For In-Person Tours, please refer to the following guidance: How to Book an In-Person Tour (International)
- For ROA events, please consult the following article: How to Book a Private ROA Session (UK & International)
Entering your Learners
Once you have completed this process, you will be able to create and manage your schedule. To do this, please follow this guidance: How to Enter your Learners on ExamTrack
You will have until your closing date for entries* to finalise the entry process and make payment. Once this is done, your event’s status will be changed to “Staff are checking the event”, at which point your scheduler will do all the necessary administrative checks, to ensure everything is in order.
Please note that, in line with our fees lists, any changes requested after this date may be subject to an administration fee.
Event is made live
Once your scheduler has completed the checking process, your event will be made live two weeks (10 working days) prior to your first exam day. At this point, you will receive all the paperwork needed for running your event.
Please note that once an event is made live, no further changes can be actioned to your event.
*Your closing date for entries will always be six weeks (30 working days) prior to your first day of exams.
